Lahore: (Thursday, November 6, 2025): Punjab University College of Art & Design, Department of Graphic Design organized a talk on ‘A Designer’s Journey & Beyond’ by Naz Khan, a Chicago-based Digital Product Leader, Service Designer, and Filmmaker with professional experience at Accenture and Deloitte. On this occasion, Head of the Department of Graphic Design Prof Dr Ahmad Bilal, faculty members and students were present. In her address, Naz Khan shared valuable insights into her career path, design philosophy, intersection of creativity, technology, and storytelling. Drawing from her journey from Lahore to Chicago, she discussed how designers today must think beyond aesthetics, focusing on user experience, service systems, and emotional engagement. Dr Ahmad Bilal said that the session was highly interactive and inspiring, with students participating actively and asking thoughtful questions about challenges and opportunities in global design practice. He said that the Department of Graphic Design will continue to host such international dialogues to expose students to diverse perspectives in contemporary design practice and innovation. Audience commended the initiative for connecting global professional experiences with academic learning.
